Welcome to our Affiliate Program. We are excited for the opportunity to work with you. Please read through these terms and conditions to see if this program is a good fit for you. 

1. We are a small family owned business. We make everything by hand and everything is made to order, so it’s fresh, natural and made with love by our family. We are not like Amazon, or Walmart, or any of those other giant corporations that can ship products the same day, or next day, or even the same week. We will make the orders as they come in, as we are able to, and ship within 15 business days. You will have to explain this to your customer base and allow us time to work efficiently through the orders as we receive them. By signing up to our affiliate program, you are acknowledging this and accepting that this is how our business works. As we get bigger we hope to hire more employees to help us ship things faster but until then, this is how it works.

2. Affiliates earn commissions on sales that go through their personal link. If a customer does not use your personal link, the commission will not reflect onto your affiliate account, so it is very important that you share your personalized link to earn commissions.

3 Affiliates are paid 20% commission on their personal sales and they will receive a 20% off coupon code to use on their personal purchases. Affiliates may not order for themselves under their own link because we can not give you 20% off your purchase, plus pay you 20% commission. Your personal purchases should be put through the main website and your customer’s purchases need to be put through your personalized link. 

4. Affiliates need to submit their payment information when signing up and will need a PayPal account in order to be paid. It is also preferable that you have a Venmo account too because PayPal has been known to delay transfers in the past so an alternative payment method is preferable in the event of that.

5. Coming into this program it is with the understanding that this is a brand new Affiliate Program and you will be one of the first to join it. That means that we have a lot to learn and we are going to do a lot of growing. Patience towards the owner/employees of Love Bug Organics is valued as we try to figure this new program out and create an opportunity for stay at home moms to earn a little extra cash. This isn’t going to make anyone rich by any means and should be considered as a “side gig.” 

6. We will not be tolerating any negativity towards Love Bug Organics or employees from affiliates. As a representative of our company that we have worked very hard to build, you need to know that negative reviews, remarks, posts and comments online can greatly impact our mission and hurt our company. If we do see that type of behavior, we will be terminating your affiliate status. 

7. Affiliates need to be very careful with their wording regarding our products and the claims they make. We do not treat or cure any illness and we can not make claims that we do. We can say that our products *may* help xyz but nothing more than that. Any affiliate that is making claims that we do treat or cure illnesses will be terminated from the program.

8. Affiliates will be paid on the 15th of each month for their earning period the previous month. For example: affiliates who earn commission from October 1-31st would be paid on November 15th and so on for each month. Please allow time on the 15th of each month for us to process payments; it can be very tedious and time consuming work but we will get there!

9. Affiliates need to be actively promoting our products and selling a minimum of $100 per quarter, which is a minimum of $20 in commission earned over 3 months. We do not want to fill the program with affiliates who aren’t going to be actively promoting because then everyone will join the program and that will take away resources from those who are taking it more seriously.

10. Lastly, have fun with this opportunity. We are excited to have you on board and look forward to providing your friends and family with our natural hand made products! 

11. Affiliates are not to share their Affiliate discount code with anybody outside of the Affiliate Program. The 20% off coupon is for Affiliates only and should not be shared with friends or family, doing so may lead to dismissal from the program. 

12. Affiliates can be terminated at any time for any reason at the discretion of Love Bug Organics. Such as, if we were to close the Affiliate Program or if there were unforeseen circumstances that arise. 

13. Love Bug Organics products should not be marketed on any websites that are in violation of any laws, or that are morally questionable.
